Shipping within Australia 
Orders 0 - 1 kg in weight to Australian Metro areas are charged at a flat rate of AUD$12 (Guideline - 1 Large, Medium or Kids towel)

Orders 1 - 3 kg in weight to Australian Metro areas are charged at a flat rate of AUD$15 (Guideline - 2 Med or 2 Kids towels)

Orders 3 - 5kg in weight to Australian Metro areas are charged at a flat rate of AUD$22 (Guideline - 2 Large /3 Med or 3 Kids towels)

Orders 0 - 3 kg in weight to Australian Regional areas are charged at a flat rate of AUD$22 (1- 2 Large or  3 Kids towels)

Accessories purchases only -  Purchase 1- 4 Swim Goggle bags, receive $8 flat rate shipping to Australian Metro areas. Free shipping is included with a Bommie hooded change towel purchase. 

5+ goggle bags are charged @ $12 flat rate to Australian Metro areas.

Delivery within Australia

Please ensure the address you have provided is a safe,dry place for parcels to be left. At checkout, if there any special delivery instructions we need to be aware of please advise us in the 'Notes' section or email us. 

Please allow us 2-3 business days to dispatch your order. 
Once processed, orders are generally delivered within 1- 2 business days. Please allow 4 - 5 days for deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
There can be the occasional courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and notification of your tracking number. 

Urgent Orders 
Should you require an order urgently, simply give us a call or email info@bommieaustralia.com.au  and we will arrange express postage for you at an additional cost (quote to be provided upon receipt of your email). 

Products out of stock
Bommie Australia is committed to providing quality products and an exceptional customer service experience.  We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event an item that you ordered is unavailable, we will endeavour to find you a substitute item to your liking, arrange a back order or happily provide you with a full refund.
If an item is out of stock, please contact us with the relevant details (product name, size (if applicable), colour etc) and we will let you know once it is available again.

Gift wrapping
Should you wish to organise a gift for someone, Bommie Australia will happily wrap your order and provide a gift tag before sending it directly to the lucky recipient!  Simply make a note in the comments field on the cart page with the recipient’s name and address, and the gift tag message. 

Shipping Internationally
International shipping rates start at AUD$35. Please contact us if you would like an international order and we will provide a quote for you to your destination.
International orders may be subject to sales tax, import duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Bommie Australia is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order unless expressly agreed upon before the time of purchase.
