RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride In our workmanship but if your Bommie product is not living up to your expectations please do let us know so we can work together to resolve it for you.
Our aim is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase and shopping experience so if you find it’s not your look in the hood or you’ve simply had a change in mind please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Arranging your return or exchange
- Email us within 14 days of receiving your purchase with the details of your order and what you would like to exchange or return. Email - email@example.com
- Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed condition with proof of your receipt for a full refund (less postage & handling). We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our Product Care Guidelines carefully. Please contact us if you need advice.
- Refunds and exchanges are only accepted on items purchased via our online store bommieaustralia.com.au. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, and will be confirmed by email. With the exception of damaged or faulty items the cost of postage and handling is not refunded.
- Once we have received your items, you will receive an email confirming receipt of item.
- We will arrange for a courier to collect returns or exchanges from your home or office to be brought back to us. A flat shipping rate AUD$10 will be charged to you the customer to return items for refunds or exchange.
- Please ensure the products you are returning are packed in waterproof packaging and sealed securely so returned items aren't damaged in transit.
- If you purchased your item at one of our stockists we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.
